My uncle in Vancouver, he is an octagenarian ya know, he said some of the schools were closed or late start and the picture he posted of the snow was just a dusting, but it must be super icy.

It is blue sky here, a crisp 30

Cold and windy here. Power off and on

I was still wearing my headlamp when my girlfriend called me for a video chat, I was outside, just walking in the door when she called.
Sure enough the power went out and I turned on the headlamp, all is well.
The power came back on, I had gone downstairs and was sitting on the floor next to the cat when the power went out again. Phone was upstairs, I didn't have my lamp on me, dang. So I got up and found the door, the window next to the door has a camp lantern/ battery powered. Now I'm walking around w/ 3 lights like an idiot.
Power is back on, but it is still super windy, I'm trying to go to sleep....

temps in single digits (thats around -15 c)
