We're supposed to get 3-6" of snow overnight Thursday/Friday morning.

Better get cooking/ordering today so I can live without GrubHub on Friday :lol

It is more than this area has seen in a long time. I experienced that when I lived in the mountains of course. This was a whole different ball game!

2 vehicles tried to make it out of the parking lot this morning-1 was a jeep! I didn't even bother after seeing that, no use, just wait for the plows. Plow finally came after noon, got stuck. 2nd plow came to get it out, took about 2-3 hours. Then all of the neighbors decided to help each other shovel out thier cars, that was fun. I posted about it on twitter.
I've never seen my car buried before. It was funny. And wierd trying to figure out where to put all of the snow.

I could have "worked" from home today, but I DID NOT ACCOMPLISH A SINGLE WORK ITEM-except for calling the bookkeeper once to respond to an email. I did laundry. I ate. I contemplated going to the store which is just down the hill, but I didn't. I have plenty of food, but not chips or ice cream!

LOL If I were still drinking I would have gotten so much alcohol to finish out the day! So much. LOL Like if I walked to the store I would think, "How could I get all of that alcohol back to my apartment?"

And not even for stress, because I love the snow, but jsut for god dammned fun, dammit.

So I ate 5 spice cupcakes that I made the night before and now I'm going to sleep.

It's been single digit temps overnight and in the teens most of today (Farenheit).

I am glad we are out of that cold. It was getting miserable and I couldn't go outside. I forgot my new work has a fitness center-damn I can go walk on a treadmill. That would be awesome.

It warmed up to 30 today. So warm.

Mine is highs in 30's Lows in 20's pretty standard.

Saturday night I will be on the boat for the fireworks cruise for winterfest weekend. At least it won't be as cold as new years.

I took a nice hot bath last night, but that gets old after a while.
