And the "I can't do one thing at once thread"

Listening to a book on tape, trying really hard to just listen and not get distracted and do anything else. I look over at my computer and realize I was going to do something really quick that I couldn't do on my phone. So I get my computer, sit back down on the couch and a twitter post and facebook browse later I can't remember what I was originally doing.

Charlie Berens (comedian) notification popped up and I lost all sense of time.

Oh Ha! I opened up my phone and remembered what it was! I was just going to make a post on a friend's timeline. I mean answer a question they asked. But I came here first.

I always have too many things running/open at the same time. TV is always on and I'm always flipping thru channels and apps. I usually have 2 browsers and several tabs open on my PC. My laptop is next to it for downloading files and converting video. I read on one iPad, and my work phone is an app on my other iPad.

My life is chaos, lol.

Can this be the "I got distracted" thread AND OR the "I forgot what I was going to do" thread? Nevermind, its the same thing. I already probably wrote that earlier in the first post which I am not going to go back and read lest I get distracted.

So there I was, browsing a suggested link from Amazon on "Winter must haves" when I closed out the tab and thought "OH, I'm going to look that one thing up also"
AND BAM
The thing was out of my head in 2 seconds. TWO FUCKING SECONDS! I couldnt' be bothered to remember what i fucking wanted to look at and I closed the tab and couldn't get it back, not even in my history and I couldnt' remember or trigger what I wanted to look at.

Of course I am planning to go "downlake" as they say on Saturday night and I plan on grabbing winter stuff from my place and anything else I can grab within a 12 hour period of time in which I will go crazy like a mad person for a few hours and then just give in to the fact that I also need to rest and sleep AND TAKE ANICE LONG BATH AND do so many things.

Fuck.
I would have planned better but I just now was able to get the details together to be able to go downlake. FFFFUUUUUUUUCKKKKKK.

What do I need, really?
I need/want snacks
I need/want my other warm winter jacket. I already have 1 up here, why do I need another one
I need/want gloves, more gloves, many gloves-apparently they get wet and having another pair is a good idea, same w/ hats and scarves-which I have plenty of
Maybe I need another pair of long johns.

Christmas Decorations. I need to decorate for the next 2 weeks. (no I don't. Yes I do)

Another cat toy. I need another cat toy! I mean Arthur does.
Art supplies for when I am bored. ( I don't have enough room for these tho)
Batteries, headlamps, cool flash lights and stuff like that.
