I think I have been on "break' long enough. Time to start working my ass off again, grow some more grey hairs and get a higher paying job with more stress.

I don't get paid enough to deal with some of the shit that goes on there. Ugh. : (

One other annoying thing that happens at work that I forgot to mention in my other post-each month we have these "one on one's" with our manager and THEY ARE THE MOST ANNOYING THINGS EVER! Basically its "Me listening to my manager tell me what a shitty employee I am because I don't promote products or don't have discussions w/ the customers about promoting online banking" (Which I do when I feel it is appropriate)

I feel like going into full Roy mode from IT Crowd and just saying "I suck. I know. I'm terrible. I'll try to do better"
because it won't matter anything else I say.

Not motivating at all. I thought I escaped this months since it was supposed to be Wednesday. The service manager sprung it on me today when it was slow. IT WAS HELL.
It is so fucking akward. I try to make jokes, I try to be complient, I try to just do whatever I have to do to get through it. I hate it. I have never hated personal interactins w/ another person more. (Not entirely true, but you know what I mean)

At one point I went full Audrey Plaza voice in my responses to her and she really didn't get it. LOL.
I was supposed to be role playing and asking a customer about thier mortgage paying options and or ask if they wanted to talk to our mortgage dept.

She actually mentioned, "Your voice got flat there" "I wouldn't do it like that"
Well no fucking shit! Of course I'm not going to talk to a customer like that.

Then I could hear the branch manager and her talking about me after. It was so akward. WTF

I just told her today how much I hate the 1 on 1 sessions. And how they don't leave me feeling motivated or inspired.

So we had a nice talk about that, she said everyone hates them. So that is good.

Yes. I was surprised a little by her reaction. It was nice. I fretted for a while on how to bring it up and then I just blurted it out!
